Contact Form, Pre-Qual Forms and Loan Submission Forms
We request information from you on our various forms. To obtain information from us regarding a loan or loan program, you must provide personal contact information (like name, phone number, email address and property address) and sometimes financial information. This information is used to contact you regarding our services, to help determine qualification, asses risk and obtain a loan. At no time will we sell or rent your information to a third party.
With some loan programs we use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing your order.
If we partner with another party to provide specific services in connection with your loan, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
We shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical and technical security with respect to our offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. loan processor, underwriter, loan officer) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. Do Not Track
ARC Capital does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, most internet browsers allow you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.
